Thanks for your comment. I agree that women today have all the opportunities you mention. I disagree that they don't have to still fight for equality in many regions, industries, and companies. The stats affecting each trend I mentioned are based on statistics, not opinion. Women are still paid less than men, face more discrimination, hold fewer upper management positions, etc. Maybe that's why they choose to set up their businesses more often too.

This is in absolute difference from the way in which society sees women today. In this country, women have the aptitude and choice to create their own lives, own businesses, become what they've always dreamed, speak their minds, or balance a family and an occupation.
