This article is absolutely correct we need to accept input from every group within our society and listen to what they have to say. This will make our decisions correlate with what people really want in our society instead of what we think they want. By allowing this to happen companies can think outside the box and come up with solutions to problems that they might not otherwise have solved because they were too narrow minded.
