Eliminate the in-person interview and just rely on a pre-employment assessment test? I don't think so. Even though the bread-and-butter of my business is providing pre-employment and other employee tests to businesses, even I can't agree with the recommendation offered in this article. While the resume and interview are certainly suspects in poor hiring scenarios, pre-employment testing only provides part of the solution in predicting good job fit.
